ABOUT ME

Elsie Dorta-Dean is a graduate of Benedictine University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and received a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, and of the United States Northern District Court since 2003. Elsie has served on various Boards, including the YWCA. She has a passion for women’s education and serving the underprivileged. Elsie is Cuban-American and fluent in Spanish.

The firm was established in 2005, and is now operated by Elsie and her family. She is respected by her colleagues and clients for her work ethic and commitment.
Elsie and her husband have two sons, a daughter, and seven grandchildren.
